Simply head back to our home page and click on the "Wiley X Prescription" link and we will produce lenses to your prescription and have them fitted into the insert.<BR><BR>Comes with neutral slate and clear lenses, side shields, temple arms, goggle strap, storage bag with equipment clip and insert for Rx applications.<BR><BR>It is recommended that CR-39 lens material be used for the prescription lenses.
