It's lined and includes a convenient belt clip. It's thin so it can easily slip into a purse or shirt pocket as well.<BR><BR>Our military grade series aviators are our number one selling sunglasses by a very wide margin. The aviator look is coming back in style again. And why shouldn't it? They look good on virtually any facial structure. It's not like buying wrap-around sunglasses where some look good and others don't. Aviators simply look good on everyone. That's why they have never completely gone away in almost 70 years.<BR><BR>And don't think you're going to get some kind of second rate quality sunglass at this price. Our hand polished frames give a sharp high-end finished look and our lenses provide full UV400 ultra-violet ray protection. Our frames are optical quality, designed specifically for polycarbonate lenses. Our hinge connections are screwed in place as opposed to stamped or riveted for a long life of trouble-free wear. The finish of the frame is hand polished and finished in one of several colors of your choice. <BR><BR>The lens tint is a dark neutral slate gray on the black, silver and dark chrome frames that allows less than 20% light transmission which is the recommended level for private, military and commercial pilots. The gold has a dark brown/smoke tint which accents the gold frame perfectly. And, our tints will not distort colors. If you're looking for darker tint sunglasses and have not been satisfied with gray lenses in the past, you'll love these lenses.<BR><BR>The quality of our lenses is where we separate the dime store junk from our M711 sunglasses. That's why we call them military grade. Our lenses are produced from 2.0 mm shatter-resistant polycarbonate, the same material and thickness used on most of our ballistic combat goggles, so you can be certain you're getting maximum protection. These are not the thin flimsy .65 or.75 millimeter lenses like cheaper models at your local gas station. Nor are they like the 3 for $5, or whatever the going rate of internet sales of cheap aviators are today. Those lenses tend to pop out of the frame when you sneeze. Products like that are a dime a dozen. Over time the flexing of the lenses causes the frame to distort and suddenly, for no apparent reason, a lens falls out. That won't happen with our M711. In fact, if you try to pop the lens out of the frame, you'll have a lot problems doing it, and by the time you do, the frame will most likely be destroyed. Our lens to frame fit is precise and designed to remain firmly in place.<BR><BR>The lens mirroring is multiple layers of silver-oxide giving it a rich reflective mirror-like finish. Mirroring helps to reduce harsh glare. Combined with the nice dark tint, 2.0 millimeter ballistic polycarbonate, UVA/UVB ultraviolet ray protection, you don't just have another set of sunglasses, you have a pair of super sunglasses.<BR><BR>No, they are not heavy like some tempered glass sunglasses, nor are they clunky. They are lightweight and the wire formed temple arms match original military issue designs. You'll find you can wear these sunglasses all day without the dreaded nose pad pain digging into the bridge of your nose that glass lens designs are so known for.<BR><BR>Each lens runs top to bottom at about 1 15/16" high, and from left to right at the widest point about 2 3/16" wide. <BR>The size is a bit smaller than our very popular M1030 series which measures 2 1/8" high by 2 3/8" wide. The frame width on our M711 measures 5 1/4" vs. almost 5 5/8" on our M1030.
