This model is the same as the standard CQC Model 491 but comes with an insert that snaps in behind the neutral slate or clear shield. The insert has blank lenses (non-prescription) installed that will allow your local optician to use the blank to properly fit your prescription lens into the insert. If you prefer, we can handle your prescription needs. Simply head back to our home page and click on the "Wiley X Prescription" link and we will produce lenses to your prescription and have them fitted into the insert. Comes with neutral slate and clear lenses, side shields, temple arms, goggle strap, storage bag with equipment clip and insert for Rx applications. It is recommended that CR-39 lens material be used for the prescription lenses.
