If your Wiley X CQC was purchased prior to January 2005, this insert WILL NOT fit into your CQC Goggle. Enter your prescription information into the blocks above, then hit the "Add to Cart" Button. The lenses are produced from clear CR-39 to prevent distortion when viewing through the polycarbonate main shield. Your clear and gray primary shields can be interchanged as normal for day or night activities. NOTE: We do not accept returns for refunds on prescription eyewear. These are custom fabricated to your prescription requirements. Lenses are sized and semi-permanently secured to each specific frame so it exceeds military specifications for protective performance. If there is a problem with your prescription for an error we caused, we will take every measure to make sure it is corrected promptly. However, due to the very custom nature and performance requirements required for tactical use of these products, which differ significantly from civilian prescription eyeglasses, we cannot accept returns for refunds.
