Our return policy is very simple. Return your order to the address at the top of the paperwork you received with your shipment. If possible, include a copy of the paperwork. If this is not possible, make sure your name (Name of the person who ordered the product) is included inside the box. This way we can match up your return with your credit.

You will receive full refund against your credit card upon receipt providing the returned items are not used, damaged or missing parts, and are in their original packaging. Items that are not in like new condition are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. We reserve the right to disallow a credit for items that have been modified, abused or damaged. We do not credit optional expedited shipping charges for returns except when returning defective product.
