Select using the drop down menu above then "Add to Cart". The Coppermax Aviator frames are produced from nickel silver. They are available in Gun Metal, Brown Chrome or Pearl Black, a very nice gloss black, all of which are hand polished. The finishes on these frames are simply outstanding. Unfortunately our picture does not capture the outstanding finish of this frame. The Brown Chrome is superbly done. Some might want to call it copper, but it's not the same as traditional copper finishes. This is a brown chrome that really looks classy. The quality frame finish and excellent clarity of the quality mineral glass lenses make Coppermax Aviators a bargain easily matching, or in some cases, exceeding features of $100 sunglasses. The size? It's perfect. The picture is big, but the lenses are only 1 1/2" tall compared to standard egg-shaped aviators which are generally 2" to 2 1/2" tall. This size is very popular and all the rage on both the small and large screen. These sunglasses will not disappoint. These are not blue blocking lenses that distort colors, but a high-tech tint that provides soothing relief from harmful UV rays and blue light waves. By the way, if you noticed the small Coppermax eagle logo on the upper right-hand lens, it can be easily removed from the glass lens if you prefer by moistening tissue paper with a little nail polish remover or alcohol and rubbing the logo. But, the eagle logo does look good and adds a touch of class to the overall look. (Note: Do not try this method of logo removal on plastic or polycarbonate lenses. They will be damaged.) Coppermax lenses are treated with an anti-glare hard coat on the backside of the lenses to eliminate annoying back-glare. You can tell when an anti-glare coating is present by it's almost blue/purple hue. Since they are tempered for strength ground and polished glass lenses, they are absolutely distortion free, providing crystal clear vision.
