The single point bungee sling is the most popular sling type in use in the Middle East by all branches of military personnel. Comes with 2 straps. One steel slit ring for connecting to an adapter mounting point (mounting point not included) or sling slide, and an alternate strap for mounting to the M4 stock or sling slide if a mounting point is not present between the receiver and stock. There are multiple points present on current M4 carbines where this sling can mount without additional hardware. Additionally, the sling slide located at the butt of the M4 stock is sometimes removed and repositioned on the side of the flat top (either left or right side depending on personal preference) using a slightly longer bolt to secure both the flat top and sling slide. This is a dual bungee version preferred by some. The bungees are 1/2" heavy duty and includes a one-hand quick release Delrin buckle on each of the two mounting straps. This allows weapon release without removal of the entire sling. If you carry an M-4, you don't need a bungee sling, you absolutely must have one.
